I often ramble on about the importance of maintaining a good skincare routine, but sometimes this is easier said than done. Let’s face it – products can be expensive but there are definitely some brands out there that deliver decent skincare without the price tag! Since I love natural skincare and products, I teamed up with Sukin* to share my top five products from the range.
Sukin is an Australian brand that is focused on creating natural skincare that is both cost effective and environmentally friendly. If you are someone seeking products without parabens, sulfates, fillers, other chemicals and that are vegan and cruelty free then Sukin will probably be up your alley.
Onto my top five tried and tested Sukin products:
- Sensitive Cleansing Gel
I’m one who has to be rather cautious with what I put on my face or I could erupt in acne and dermatitis… joy. What I like about this cleanser is it cleans your face but doesn’t irritate since it is soap free. This is a good option for just about anyone from oily to downright sensitive, however if you are super dry or want a cream cleanser then Sukin also make a nice cream option.
RRP $10.95 for 125ml.
2. Super Greens Facial Recovery Serum
Drinking kale smoothies seems like the trendy thing to do right now but despite the trend there’s no denying greens are amazing for our skin. Sukin have a detoxifying ‘Super Greens’ line of products that are full of your favourite greens. The serum is a winner for me as it’s nice and hydrating without feeling heavy on the skin. It contains ingredients like Acai, Goji Berry and Grape Seed Oil to bring back a glowing, healthy looking complexion.
RRP $18.95 for 30ml.
3. Hydrating Body Lotion in Lime & Coconut
This smells just like summer to me! I love my body lotions to be lightweight but still really hydrating, so this one ticks all the boxes for me. It’s got all the good stuff in it too like Sesame Oil, Rosehip Oil, Avocado Oil and Jojoba Oil.
RRP $20.95 for 500ml.
4. Botanical Body Wash in Lime & Coconut
I’m one of those weird matchy matchy people so I need the accompanying body wash to the lotion. Again, this smells divine and leaves the skin feeling clean but not stripped as it’s soap free.
RRP $12.95 for 500ml.
5. Bionatural Skin Oil
This oil has won several beauty awards for a good reason. This nourishing oil contains Jojoba, Rosehip, Avocado and Carrot Seed Oils as well as Vitamin C, E and F. This product is a good targeted treatment for any areas on the body where you may have scarring or stretch marks.
RRP $15.95 for 60ml.
