I have really missed doing good ol’ fashioned monthly favourites blog posts, so here we are folks. Grab a cup of tea because May Favourites 2018 is coming at you…

Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter

This is the bees knees for glowy skin. Since I am oily but love a glow, I just apply it on the high points of my face and steer clear of the t-zone. You can use this under or over your tinted moisturizer/foundation, but I mostly prefer to apply it under my complexion bits.

NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment

These have been out for a while now and I have only recently tried them… I don’t even know what else to say about that. We all know how uncomfortable liquid lipsticks can be, but these are so unique! They don’t make my lips feel dry or go flaky and crumbly at all. I’ve put these to the test through eating gyoza, sushi and drinking cocktails and can confidently say that they last.

MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural

This has been my go-to setting powder for a couple of months now. It sets everything well without taking away any radiance.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz

I’ve used this product on and off for a few years now and I totally forgot how much I like it. It has a nice precise tip so you can draw little hair strokes on your brows for a natural look.

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

I’m all about those warm tones to make my blue eyes pop. This is the perfect everyday palette for me and I like how it is so small and compact.

MAC Fix+

I’ve had this for a hundred years but have recently started using it daily again. I find it super refreshing to set my makeup with.

Sappho New Paradigm Foundation

If you are looking for a great natural foundation then look no further. This foundation from Sappho gives awesome coverage while looking so skin-like. I used to think that natural foundations wouldn’t last as long on the skin, but this product has better lasting power than some of regular foundations.

January Labs Moisture Renew Mask

This is such a beautiful leave on hydrating mask! It doesn’t cause my acne-prone skin to break out or feel irritated, but deeply hydrates the skin – winner! It contains all the good stuff like Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, Avocado Oil and Green Tea Leaf Extract to name a few.
